Terms of Use for the Program (Valid Only in Physical Stores)
I agree and acknowledge that the company “FF OPSCO MONOPROSOPI S.A.”, trading as “FF OPSCO”, headquartered in Agios Stefanos, Attica (23rd km Athens-Lamia National Road), phone 2106241000, will maintain and process my personal data that comes to its knowledge within the framework of the “CheckIn&Win” purchase reward program (hereinafter the “Program”), for the purpose of managing and promoting its products and services, as well as managing its customer base.
This data will not be disclosed to third parties. In any case, I retain the rights of information, access, and objection to the processing of my data under Articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997, as well as the right to withdraw my consent for the use of my personal data or to request its deletion upon relevant notification.
Furthermore, I declare that I have read and understood the terms governing the Program and the Card, as set out below, and I accept them unreservedly.
PROGRAM TERMS
MEMBERSHIP CARD – REGISTRATION Eligibility for Registration: Any natural person over 18 years of age, fully legally competent, may register as a member of the Program and participate in all included draws and offers of the Program (and, of course, receive the corresponding rewards).
Registration: Registration for the Program and activation of the Membership Card is carried out at the reception or at FF OPSCO “FACTORY OUTLET” stores in Neo Faliro (76 Peiraios Street), the Commercial Park of Athens International Airport, and Agios Stefanos (22nd km Athens-Lamia National Road) (hereinafter the “Factory Outlet”), as well as at Factory Outlet Local Faliro (261 El. Venizelou Ave., Palaio Faliro). During registration, the member activates the CheckIn&Win Membership Card (hereinafter the “Card”) exclusively using their mobile phone and by receiving a special SMS code. The mobile phone must be registered with a Greek mobile provider.
The Card: The Card is digital and remains the property of the issuing company, FF OPSCO. The Card is strictly personal and may not be transferred in any way, and points accumulated by the member cannot be transferred to another member’s Card. The Card is not a credit or debit card. The member cannot perform monetary transactions with the Card, but may only enjoy privileges as provided and communicated by FF OPSCO. The Card exists only in electronic form and has no physical version. It is also clarified that points accumulated by a member cannot be transferred to another member’s Card, and a MEMBER cannot hold more than one Card with the same details.
USE OF THE CARD – MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
Change of Information: The member must notify FF OPSCO of any change in the address or phone number provided during Program registration, either by phone or through the stores. Until such notification, any correspondence is validly sent to the old address or phone number.
Use of the Card: The member is entitled to use their Card at Factory Outlet stores, always within the framework defined by FF OPSCO.
Products: FF OPSCO will, at its discretion, select specific products to include in the Program, the purchase of which will result in points being credited to the member’s Card.
Point Credit to the Card: When making purchases at the above stores, the member must provide their mobile phone number registered during Program registration at the checkout, so points are credited to their Card according to the Reward System.
Retention of Receipts: The member is required to keep receipts for purchases used to credit points to their Card for one (1) year from the date of each purchase. FF OPSCO may, at any time during the redemption of points, request these receipts to verify the lawful acquisition of the points, a right exercisable at its absolute discretion.
Reward System: For every €1 spent on Program products, the member earns 3 points (€1 = 3 points). For purchases at restaurants/cafés within the Factory Outlets (e.g., Food Factory by BABOO EE at Factory Outlet Airport and Everest by Evenis AE at Factory Outlet Peiraios), members earn 1 point per €1 spent on Program products (€1 = 1 point). The kiosk (EFIMERIDES – Pavlos Plakopoulos) at Factory Outlet Peiraios is excluded from the Program. Points and associated rights cannot be redeemed for cash. FF OPSCO reserves the right to unilaterally modify the reward system and adjust or replace the reward value.
Invoice Issuance: Only the Member can credit points to their Card for purchases. Points crediting is allowed during invoice issuance only if the Member maintains an individual business. Tax-Free beneficiaries are not entitled to accrue points in the Factory Outlet Loyalty program.
Point Validity: Points from each purchase mature after 12 months and expire after the same date of purchase (e.g., points from a purchase on 20.6.2019 expire on 20.6.2020).
Point Registration from Transactions: Points are registered at the checkout during a transaction at FACTORY OUTLET stores. Card activation, as described above, is required for point registration.
Redemption of Points – Gift Vouchers: When a member accumulates 1,000 points, they are entitled to receive a free electronic Checkbook, which includes gift vouchers with a total value of €200. These gift vouchers are valid until the end of the calendar year. Upon accumulating 2,500 points, the member is entitled to receive a free Fashion Check worth €15, valid for redemption within 3 months of receipt.
Gift Collection: Electronic Checkbooks are collected at the store’s reception by providing the mobile phone number registered with the Program and showing a valid ID (e.g., ID card, passport). The Fashion Check is an electronic coupon and is activated at reception.
Gift Voucher Redemption: Each gift voucher can be redeemed only at Factory Outlets and only at the store brand listed on the voucher, provided the brand is available at that store. Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, offers, promotions, during Bazaar periods, or on products with discounts of 70% or more. A €5 voucher is redeemable on purchases over €20, a €10 voucher on purchases over €50. The Fashion Check is redeemable on transactions over €50. Each voucher is valid for one transaction only, and only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction. Vouchers cannot be reproduced; reproduction voids them.
Final Redemption: Once points are redeemed, redemption cannot be canceled, points cannot be returned, and no refund is issued. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be auctioned or redeemed for cash.
Product Returns: If a returned product had points credited to the Card, points corresponding to the returned amount are deducted from the total redeemable points. For products purchased using a gift voucher within Factory Outlets, the voucher is not returned, and no credit note or refund is issued. Exchanges are only allowed for the same store brands used for the original purchase. Checkbook & Fashion Check vouchers are excluded during Bazaar periods (stock clearance promotions).
Prohibition of Combined Redemption: Vouchers cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, or promotion per transaction at Factory Outlets.
PERSONAL DATA – NOTIFICATIONS
Consent to Processing: The member consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by FF OPSCO, which comes to its knowledge within the framework of the Program, for the purpose of implementing the Program, managing and promoting its products and services, and managing its customer base. This data is stored securely and is not disclosed to third parties.
Rights to Information, Access, and Objection: The member has the right to withdraw consent, correct, access, or request deletion of their personal data by sending written notice to FF OPSCO or by contacting the Member Services Department by phone at 210 3541800 or 210 4833927.
Withdrawal of Consent – Data Deletion: Since the processing of the member’s personal data is necessary for participation in the Program, withdrawal of consent or a request for deletion of personal data will result in the member being removed from the Program, and the cancellation of their Card and all points associated with it.
Sending Notifications: FF OPSCO reserves the right to provide regular updates to the member via mail, email, SMS, or any other suitable means. If the member no longer wishes to receive promotional or informational material, they may notify FF OPSCO by phone, in writing, or verbally.
OTHER TERMS
Duration of Privileges: The Card provides the member with privileges for as long as the Program is in effect. FF OPSCO reserves the right to determine and modify this period at its sole discretion.
Modification / Cancellation: FF OPSCO has full discretion and the right to modify these terms, change the Program and its structure—including, but not limited to, the calculation of points, their maturation and expiration, and the reward value of purchases—and to terminate, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without notice or justification.
Member Notification: FF OPSCO has the discretion to provide updates to the contact information provided by the member.
Voluntary Provision by FF OPSCO: The member acknowledges that the Program entails no financial or other obligation and is offered voluntarily by FF OPSCO. Consequently, the member has no claim against the Company regarding the acquisition and use of the Card, the crediting and redemption of points, or the operation, modification, or cancellation of the Program.
Misuse – Card Deactivation: FF OPSCO reserves the right to terminate the Card and remove the member from the Program at any time in cases of misuse or attempted fraud by the member (e.g., multiple registrations with different phone numbers). In such cases, all credited points will be immediately deleted, and all privileges removed, without prejudice to FF OPSCO’s right to claim compensation for any damage incurred.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the Program (whether contractual or statutory).
