General Terms of the Online Store

This website is the online store for the sale of Factory Outlet products via the internet (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”) of the public limited company under the name “FF OPSCO SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” and the distinctive title “FF OPSCO” (Tax Identification Number 802067972, Tax Office: FAEE Athens, and General Commercial Registry Number 169294301000), headquartered in Greece, in Agios Stefanos, Attica, at the 23rd kilometer of the Athens–Lamia National Road (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which operates and manages the physical Factory Outlet stores.

These General Terms and Conditions of Transactions (hereinafter, the “GTC”) aim to clearly, explicitly, and comprehensibly set out—while observing the principle of good faith and the provisions governing the validity of legal transactions—the terms that govern and regulate the relationship between the Company and each visitor and/or customer of the Store, in accordance with the applicable legislation on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), Electronic Commerce (Presidential Decree 131/2003), and the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (Laws 2472/1997 and 3471/2006), as currently in force.

Each entry, browsing session, and transaction conducted in the Store renders you a visitor and/or customer of the Store. Before proceeding with your browsing within the Store, please confirm that you have read and fully understood these GTC and that you accept them, as any use and/or transaction carried out by you with the Company through the Store hereafter implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

At Factory Outlet, we take your privacy and trust very seriously. The Privacy and Cookies Policy (“Personal Data Protection Policy”) aims to ensure that any personal data collected through https://www.factoryoutlet.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) or through our other stores will be protected, used, stored, and processed by us for the purpose of our communication and the provision of services, always in compliance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679—hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

The Personal Data Protection Policy does not apply to websites that you may access through links on the website and/or to activities offered by third parties. For some uses of personal data (as described above), there is a legal basis under applicable data protection legislation that allows us to process the data without your consent (these cases are not marked with *).

This includes, for example, situations where it is necessary for us to use certain information to create a contract with you or to initiate procedures before entering into such a contract, e.g., processing your order, providing product care services, assisting you, or managing your online account on the website. It also includes circumstances (as described below) where we have a legitimate interest in using your personal data, provided that we take appropriate measures to safeguard your rights and interests:

When completing your purchases, you can select the corresponding checkbox to receive promotional messages, newsletters, and updates. With your consent, we will use your email address as a convenient way to communicate with you regarding your order or for any other notifications and reminders. From time to time, we may also inform you about the website or new gifts, but only with your permission.

Can I unsubscribe from the email contact list?
We will send you special offers and promotional messages. If you do not wish to receive these offers and promotions by email, you can click the unsubscribe link in any email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Will my information be shared with third parties?
We will never give your email address to third parties for promotional purposes (unless they contact you on behalf of Factory Outlet). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

Your data is stored in a database to which we, as well as other members of the FF OPSCO group, have access. This facilitates the effective organization of the database and helps us understand how customers shop worldwide.

We may share your data with selected categories of third parties in accordance with this Personal Data Protection Policy:

Service providers (e.g., developers), business partners, and suppliers to carry out any agreement between you and us (such as website activities, payment services, transportation, deliveries, fraud investigations, collection of receipts, subsidiaries, and reward programs).
Analytics and information providers who help us improve and optimize the website.
Legal or regulatory authorities or authorized third parties, regarding verification requests related to criminal investigations or suspected illegal activity, or any other activity on the website that could expose us and/or the user or any third party to legal risks and liability.
Other business partners, in cases of planned mergers or acquisitions. In such cases, we require the new entity to follow the Personal Data Protection Policy.

These third parties who may receive your information will process it for specific purposes as previously outlined and in accordance with applicable law. Factory Outlet maintains a list of third parties with whom data is shared, which can be made available upon request.

Why We Retain Your Data and How You Can Access It

We will retain your data for the minimum period necessary to provide you with the required services, for as long as you wish to interact with us, or for as long as it is needed to support the provision of information and analysis. Even if you request the deletion of your data, we may keep it in a form that does not identify you.

If necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory obligations—such as dispute resolution, fraud and abuse prevention, or enforcement of the Terms and Conditions—we may retain certain data even after you have closed your account or no longer require our services.

If you have not consented to the use of your data for promotional purposes, we will retain it for 6 years from the date of your purchase.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You have the right to access the data we hold about you, as well as an up-to-date list of individuals who have access to it. You will need to verify your identity before we provide any information.

Products for Sale – Prices

The products sold by the Store are products of the Company (hereinafter, the “Products”). Their characteristics and any accompanying information (e.g., warranty, identity, instructions, etc.) are available and can be viewed by following the search instructions provided in the Store and clicking on the name of the respective product. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices apply to the Products and the quantities available in the Company’s warehouse, while the Store reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a website that provides you with a unique ID. Cookies make browsing our site faster and easier because they can remember if you have visited the website before and help us provide the necessary information for your purchases or account whenever needed. Cookies created by our website do not contain your personal information. They contain only a numeric ID, which allows us to locate your account information or shopping list. 2. reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”) to protect your online submissions through the corresponding form. This service uses a questionnaire to verify whether the user is human, helping to safeguard certain website functions from abuse by spam bots (particularly in comments). The questionnaire collects your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, your data will be transmitted to and used by Google. However, your IP address will be truncated by Google and remain anonymous within EU member states or other countries participating in the European Economic Area agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States, where it will also be truncated. Order Submission / Cancellation

Placing an order for Products constitutes a binding offer to purchase those Products at the total price shown at the time of order submission, which includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, any other applicable charges, and any discounts to which you are entitled as a visitor/customer. Your order is completed once it is accepted by the Company through the issuance of a written confirmation email sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you do not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the Store immediately at eshop@factoryoutlet.gr to ensure that your order is successfully processed. Each order cannot exceed 5 units per product code.

The Store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in full or in part) that has already been placed but not yet delivered. To cancel an order (fully or partially), you must send an email to eshop@factoryoutlet.gr or call +30 210 6241120, Monday–Friday, 11:00–16:00. This option is available until we notify you that your order has been shipped. After that point, cancellation is no longer possible, subject to the provisions regarding Withdrawal and Product Returns described below.

Payment

Payment for each order is conducted securely using VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards from any bank through SSL Security Protocol (Security Certificate & SSL Technology). Confirmation is carried out via the 3D Secure Network system of VISA and MASTERCARD. Cash on delivery is also available as a payment option.

If you choose the Click & Collect service when placing your order, in addition to the above online payment methods, you may pay for your order upon collecting your products (see the chapter “Method–Time–Cost of Pickup/Delivery”) either in cash or by credit/debit card.

Transactions over €500.00 can only be made via bank methods, either by debit/credit card or bank transfer. Therefore, orders exceeding this amount cannot be paid via cash on delivery. In the case of Click & Collect, payment must be made either by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

The Store has implemented all necessary measures to ensure the security of credit card transactions. However, in the event of proven fraudulent use of your credit card, the charge may be canceled upon request to the bank that issued your card, which is obliged to investigate your complaint. For this reason, you are required to notify the issuing bank immediately upon discovering such an incident, so your card can be canceled and its use blocked from unauthorized persons.

Shipping Method – Time – Cost

All products are of excellent quality and meet international standards, and are carefully packaged for delivery.

Orders within Greece are shipped via the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki to the address you provided when completing your order. Deliveries are made daily from 09:00 to 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. All orders within Greece are delivered within 3–5 business days from the order date. Orders destined for Cyprus are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki and delivered within 7–12 business days from the order date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that processing, shipping, and delivery of orders do not occur on weekends or official public holidays.

Delivery Locations

Our online store factoryoutlet.gr delivers products throughout Greece and Cyprus.

Delivery Times

Once your order is complete and ready for shipment, delivery times are as follows:
Within 3–5 days in Attica and all other regions of Greece.
In remote or hard-to-reach areas of Greece, delivery may take up to an additional 96 hours.
Within 7–12 business days to Cyprus.

Shipping Costs within Greece

Shipping costs are €2.50 for orders up to €60. For orders exceeding €60, delivery is completely FREE, with no additional charge to you.

Shipping to Cyprus

For orders shipped to Cyprus, the shipping cost is €10. For orders over €60, delivery is completely FREE.
For medium and large suitcases, shipping costs €15, regardless of the total order value.
Orders paid via cash on delivery are charged a COD fee of €2.50 per order, regardless of the number of items or total order value.
All charges are displayed during the checkout process, before the final submission of your order, so you know exactly what you will pay.

Click & Collect

If you choose the Click & Collect service when placing your order, the products will be delivered free of charge within 1–4 business days to the Factory Outlet store of your choice:

You can pick up your order within 5 business days after it arrives at the selected store. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be canceled without the possibility of recovery. If you prepaid by card, the amount will be refunded directly to your card.

When collecting your order at the Click & Collect point (POS), you must present your ID card and the order pick-up email sent by the Customer Service Department.

Note: Delivery times are subject to product availability at store warehouses and force majeure events (e.g., bad weather, strikes). In such cases, we will notify you via email to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order under these circumstances.

1. Right of Withdrawal – Product Returns

Please review the Terms of Use that apply to your order.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

a) Complete the attached return form.
b) Place the return form together with the product you wish to return in secure packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received, without any damage or wear.
c) Send an email with your full name, order number, and receipt date to eshop@factoryoutlet.gr , explicitly stating that you are withdrawing from the transaction and returning the product.
We need 3–5 business days after receiving the return to process it. Once the product inspection is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. After the email, it may take 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
d) Returns within Greece
Option 1: Contact the courier Γενική Ταχυδρομική to deliver the package to: FACTORY OUTLET ESHOP – FACTORY OUTLET AGIOS STEFANOS
22nd km Athens–Lamia National Road, Agios Stefanos, 14565. First return shipping costs are covered by Factory Outlet only if you use Γενική Ταχυδρομική. Any additional returns for the same order are your responsibility, depending on carrier, package weight, destination, etc. Exceptions: Defective products are covered as described in section (2). Option 2: Drop off the packaged product at any Click & Collect location of Factory Outlet at no additional charge. Note: Products from LINKS OF LONDON and CALVIN KLEIN JEANS cannot be returned via Click & Collect.

e) Returns from Cyprus
All return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the carrier, package weight, and other factors.

The package must be delivered to: FACTORY OUTLET ESHOP – FACTORY OUTLET AGIOS STEFANOS 22nd km Athens–Lamia National Road, Agios Stefanos, 14565 Products are at your risk until they reach us. Returns must be sent without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

Once the above conditions are met, your refund will be processed immediately after the package is received and inspected.

1.2. Return of Defective Products

The brands offered by Factory Outlet are known for their high quality. However, if the product you received is defective or does not match what you ordered, please follow these steps:

a) Complete the attached return form with as many details as possible.
b) Place the return form together with the product in secure packaging.
c) Send an email to eshop@factoryoutlet.gr including your full name, order number, and the date you received the product.

Important: For defective products, you will not be charged for shipping costs.

We need 3–5 business days from receipt of the return to process the product. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

After receiving the email, it may take 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

Optional: You may also return the packaged product at any Click & Collect location of Factory Outlet at no extra cost.

Note: Products from LINKS OF LONDON and CALVIN KLEIN JEANS cannot be returned via Click & Collect.

1.3. Refund Process

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
Cash on Delivery: The amount will be refunded to the account you provided in the return form.
Credit Card Payment: The amount will be refunded to your credit card.

1.4. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If, instead of a refund, you wish to replace the product, you can request this either via email (as described above) or by calling the e-shop Customer Service Department at 210 6241140, Monday – Friday, 11:00–16:00. In this case, you must specify which product you would like as a replacement.

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped from our central warehouse, and you wish to replace the items you have received, you must first refund the item(s) being returned. Afterwards, you can place a new order for the replacement items without shipping costs if the total order value is under €50.

1.5. RETURN TO CLICK & COLLECT POS

You have the option to bring the packaged product to the Click & Collect service points (“POS”)* at any Factory Outlet location free of charge.

*Products from LINKS OF LONDON and CALVIN KLEIN JEANS cannot be returned at Click & Collect points.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay.

We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods, whichever occurs first.

We will execute the above refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such a refund.

You are required to return the goods to us or deliver them to the above address without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €5.00.

The Store allows visitors/customers to choose to be informed about new products from the Company, as well as other possible offers and services, through the sending of promotional or informational messages to the email or postal address or phone number you have provided. Under no circumstances will the Store misuse this service. You are always given the option to stop this service by sending a relevant request to eshop@factoryoutlet.gr.

Liability of the Parties

As a visitor/customer, by accepting these Terms and Conditions and browsing the Store, you responsibly declare that you are legally capable of entering into this contract, as well as of using the Store under the terms and conditions stated herein. Furthermore, as a visitor/customer of the Store, you agree and accept that you are financially responsible for any use of the Store, including the use of your Folli Follie account by others—such as people living with you—and you agree to supervise any use of the Store made by minors using your account or name.

The Company, including its advisors and employees, is liable for actual defects and the lack of agreed-upon properties of the Products under Articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code, only in cases of intent or gross negligence and only for direct damage, with liability not exceeding the value of the sold Products.

Applicable Law and Other Terms

The Company and the Store reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions in writing without notice; such changes shall take effect from the date they are posted on the Store. Failure to exercise any right of the Company shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right.
